According to CDC.gov, COVID-19 cannot live in properly maintained pools and/or hot tub water. We understand that while most people are staying at home for the next few weeks, hot tubs are going to get used more than ever. We recommend following a strict service protocol.
We will be active in our “Maintain Your Distance” Sales & Service Process and available to answer any questions, provide sales proposals, secure financing, and prepare everything necessary so that when the showroom reopens it will be a smooth and easy delivery experience and celebration with customers and their new spa or pool. That means that our Wellness Staff will be diligently working from home, and you may continue to reach out to us. If you have a service emergency, need water testing, chemicals, parts or supplies to properly maintain your spa or pool please leave us a voicemail. We will return your call as quickly as possible to make arrangements for curbside pick-up or to schedule a service call.
